Expect Santa to deliver Tyus Jones and more to Duke fans this year

Two games on the league's Christmas Day schedule for 2022 are already all but set, according to a tweet from NBA insider Marc Stein on Saturday

And in the event of a trade or injury prior to the game, Tyus Jones, the Memphis Grizzlies' backup point guard and the 2015 Duke basketball national champion, would likely play in one of those games.

According to Stein, the Grizzlies will play the defending champion Golden State Warriors in a rematch of the Western Conference Semifinals

On December 25, Memphis has never performed.

Jones, though, accomplished it twice while a member of the Minnesota

In a victory over the Los Angeles Lakers the year after, he added seven points and five assists.

Since 2008, the NBA has always scheduled five games on Christmas Day.
